From IAH (George Bush Intercontinental Airport)
IAH is North-East of downtown Houston, TX and is appoximately 24.9 miles from HARC. You have two options when coming from IAH, one of which has two pay tolls.
With Tolls (~ $2.50)
- When exiting the airport take the Hardy Toll Road
- Continue West (through one toll) and take the Hardy Toll Road North
- In approximately 11 miles (and through another toll) the toll road will merge with I-45 North
- Take Exit #77 - Research Forest Drive
Without Tolls
- When exiting the airport follow the signs to Beltway 8 (also known as Sam Houston Parkway)
- Take Beltway 8 West
- Take the exit for I-45 North
- Take Exit #77 - Research Forest Drive
From HOU (William P. Hobby Airport)
HOU is South of downtown Houston, TX and is approximately 44.4 miles from HARC.
- When exiting the airport follow the signs to I-45 North
- Take Exit #77 - Research Forest Drive
From Exit #77 (Research Forest Drive)
- Take Exit #77 - Research Forest Drive off of I-45 (North or South) and go West on Research Forest Drive (first light)
- Continue West down Research Forest Drive for approximately three miles to Shadowbend
- Take a right at Shadowbend to enter the Campus
- Take the immediate right and then the next left. HARC is located in the building on the right (View the Campus Map for additional details)
