Director, Office of Personnel & Security
The structure of the Office of Personnel and Security (OPS) includes human resources, safety, immigration services, physical facility and facility clearance security, space assignment, Enterprise IT team and reception. The strong credentials of the staff are the backbone of the infrastructure of services providing support to HARC employees. Our belief in the HARC mission of moving knowledge to action to improve human well-being and the environment is the basis for our decisions to improve the work environment for our colleagues.

The HARC IT team is responsible for the network and telecommunications infrastructure, services and storage, and end-user support. The IT team contributes to HARC programs and projects by providing application, database, and web site design and development. The IT team also designs and implements internal applications to increase the efficiency of HARC personnel. The goal of the IT team is to provide HARC with data and services that are reliable, enabling, and secure.

The HARC reception team is HARC's voice and face to our external clients. The team serves our internal clients by coordinating the access card system, maintaining the company wide MSDS, distributing long distance codes, providing clerical backup for the groups and providing backup for Services tasks.
