The Office of the President provides organizational and administrative leadership on all aspects of HARC's programs. Specific areas of focus include working with the HARC Board of Directors on issues of policy and financial management and leading strategic planning and program development initiatives. The Office of the President also has the responsibility for the planning and management of HARC's facilities.
