Liz joined HARC in 2009 as a Senior Accountant in the Business Affairs Office.  Ms. Oakley has over 20 years experience in all aspects of running an accounting department.  She holds a B.S, in Accounting and an M.B.A. in International Business from California State University at Dominguez Hills.

On most weekends Liz and her husband can be found on one of the local golf courses.  She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading.
