As the Business Affairs Coordinator, Pat Benson works directly with the Director of Business Affairs and helps maximize the resources of Grants and Contracts and Accounting.
Ms. Benson joined the HARC team in 1996 where she worked in the Environment Group. She has been active in her community in the non-profit sector; having been employed by the Greater Houston Partnership Chamber of Commerce Division, and serving as General Manager of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce.
She attended Donovan Secretarial College in New Jersey and the Institute for Organization Management in Texas. Ms. Benson is currently a member of the National Council of Research Administrators (NCURA) and the Society of Research Administers (SRA). In 1991, she received the Montgomery County Outstanding Woman of the Year Award.
