Requests for Proposals, Qualifications, & Information

The Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization located at 4800 Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands, Texas and is dedicated to improving human and ecosystem well-being through the application of sustainability science and principles of sustainable development.

This webpage is used to post Requests for Proposals and similar solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) and to distribute all information/questions regarding the posted requests.

If you have any questions regarding a request please use the "comment" feature to communicate with HARC Grants and Contracts personnel. All questions will be answered in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP, and the question and answer will be posted publicly on the RFP's web page.

The Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC)/GeoTechnology Research Institute (GTRI), located at 4800 Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands, TX, has partnered with the City of Houston to contract with a consultant with significant economic development experience to assist the City of Houston in their One Bin for All Project.
