Background
GTRI/HARC is sponsoring an open request for qualifications (RFQ) to select organizations with technical expertise to conduct air quality research particularly related to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP). This RFQ describes the areas of expertise and the information required from the responding organization to be considered for selection to provide the needed scientific services including air quality studies, analyses, data management, and document preparation.
Completed responses to this RFQ are due by May 23, 2003. GTRI/HARC intends to select a sufficient number of organizations and individuals to meet its research objectives. Selection of organizations and individuals to participate in the air quality program will be based on an assessment of the prospective team's experience and demonstrated capabilities.
