Daniel Bullock
Program Manager - dbullock@harc.edu
Dan Bullock is a Program Manager for the Houston Advanced Research Center and is responsible for the technical and administrative work undertaken by the Center. Mr. Bullock holds dual masters' degrees from the University of Texas, where he studied both engineering and public administration, and a bachelor's degree in physics from the Pennsylvania State University. He has over 15 years of experience in advanced technology research and commercialization, including fuel cells, wind power, and micro-fabrication technologies. [More]

Thomas Vick

Tom is responsible for day-to-day operations of fuel cell equipment, including data acquisition, operations and maintenance, and safety. He joined HARC in April 1985, and has held various positions including Weld and Research Shop Manager, Mechanical Designer, Project Manager, Cad/Design Dept. Supervisor, Fire Warden, High Bay Area Safety Officer, and Fuel Cell Safety Coordinator. Tom has over twenty-three years of experience in Mechanical assembly. [More]

Kanti Penmetsa
Research Associate - kpenmetsa@harc.edu
Kanti joined HARC in November 2006 after receiving a Master's degree from the Cleveland State University, Ohio in Chemical Engineering. Her responsibilities include working on technical support of HARC's fuel cell test and evaluation activities and writing research and technical papers. As a part of her Master's Thesis she worked on the synthesis and conductivity measurements of proton conducting membranes (Nafion/Zeolite) for high temperature operations in PEM fuel cells. She holds a B.S degree in Chemical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, India. For her undergraduate project, she worked on the membrane separation process Pervaporation and was involved in the synthesis of fuel cell membranes at the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, India.
