Is a PayPal account required to purchase documents?
No, you do not need a PayPal account.
After I have completed my purchase, how can I download my document?
There are two ways to download your document:
- Click the Return to Merchant button on the PayPal payment complete page.
- Click the link provided in the HARC receipt that you receive by email.
Please note that once you download your document you will not be able to access the document download page again.
I downloaded my document once, but deleted it. How can I get my document back?
To get another copy of the document that you purchased you need to contact sales-help@harc.edu. Please include the following information in your email:
- Document title
- Date of purchase
- Email address used during original purchase
What can I do if the ordering or downloading process is unsuccessful?
If the ordering or downloading process is unsuccessful, you may contact sales-help@harc.edu. We will make sure you receive the document.
