Below is a step-by-step walk through of the entire purchase process.
Step 1: Select a document that you want to purchase and hit one of the two Buy Now buttons.
Step 2: You are taken to a PayPal Payment Details page which shows the details of the payment you are about to make. If you have a PayPal account you can log in, otherwise click the Continue Checkout button.
Step 3: If you clicked on a Electronic & Hardcopy button, you will now need to provide the shipping address. If you did not request a hardcopy, you will not see this page.
Step 4: You are then prompted to fill in the billing information for the credit card you wish to use for purchase. Where the form asks for a Home Telephone number, please provide a telephone contact number such as your work number.
Step 5: You are then taken to a Review page containing the details of your purchase. If you are in the state of Texas there will be 6.25% sales tax added to your total cost. Click the Complete Checkout to complete your purchase.
Step 6: You are then taken to a Payment Completion page.
You can download your document in one of two ways:
- Click the Return to Merchant button.
- Follow the link in your receipt email from HARC.
Step 7: To download your document, left click on the report cover icon. Be sure to save the document to your computer. You will not be able to visit this page again after you download the document.
