| Center for Fuel Cell Research and Applications |
The Center is managed by HARC, a non-profit organization engaged in independent, science-based activities facilitating the commercialization of environmentally promising technologies. Check with your tax advisor to determine if fees paid to HARC may be deductible as a donation to a charitable organization.
The Program Administrative Rules (PAR) ( 109 KB) is the principle document detailing the governance of the Center. Through the PAR, all sponsors receive full, complete, and equal access to the benefits of the Center. Each year, the Center writes a Strategic Research Plan (SRP) to guide and allocated program efforts. Sponsors have a voice in establishing and guiding the program directions by helping to draft and approve the SRP.
To sponsor the Center, download this Sponsorship Agreement ( 53 KB) and modify it to fit your requirements, or draft your own Sponsorship Agreement. Send your proposal to HARC for review. Once HARC executes a Sponsorship Agreement with a sponsor, you will be mailed a Welcome Package. The package will have important information about how to become involved with the Center including how to access confidential information.
All sponsors have equal access to the restricted sections of the Center's website, where technical information and reports are published. All research results remain confidential to the sponsors for a period of two years prior to the dissemination of the material to the general public.
