Beach Russ vacuum systems are connected in parallel with stainless steel piping at both inlet and discharge side. Each pumping system is controlled individually by a inlet valve with positioner.
Total operating hours for each pump from right to left is 1712.5 hours, 1812.5 hours and 2107.1 hours.
Since commissioning, the mechanical pumps have only operated with Ucon LB 170 X synthetic oil.
Each electric motor has a fused electrical disconnect that can be locked out as per standard OSHA "lockout / tagout procedure".
Each vacuum system has an inlet and outlet bellows with isolation valve on the outlet and a valve with controller / positioner on the inlet.

Mechanical pump motor with belt guard: belt guard is bolted to floor and is easily removed with attached handles.
MD Blower and motor
A 10 inch Sch 10 pipe serves as an inlet header connecting the three pumps. Each end of the horizontal run of 10 inch pipe contains a 150 pound raised face flange. The combined pumping speed of the three pumps is controlled by a 10 inch vacuum valve with controller / positioner. The discharge side is connected with 6 inch Sch 10 pipe with a 150 pound raised face flange on one end of the horizontal run.
