Vacuum Vessel Number 1
The vacuum chamber is 25 inches tall and 18 inches in diameter. The top plate is attached by 20.5 inch CF (knife edge) flange. The top plate contains three 4.5 inch CF flanges and six 1.33 inch CF flanges.

The cylinder wall of the vacuum vessel contains six 4.5 inch CF ports around the top, four 6 inch CF ports located below the mid section and six 4.5 CF ports around the bottom section. A 6 inch ASA flange is located at the center of the bottom plate. This port contains a manual, aluminum gate valve with an ASA neck flange on one side.
All ports are covered with blank CF flanges except on a 4.5 and 6 inch port which contains a glass view port. One of the lower 4.5 inch CF ports contains a CF to ISO 63 adapter and a Varian pneumatic actuated vacuum valve with ISO-63 flanges.
Vacuum Vessel Number 2
The vessel is 25 inches tall and 18 inches on the outside diameter. The top plate is "O"- ring sealed to vessel body. The top plate contains eight 2.75 inch CF ports and one 6 inch CF port at the center. The side wall contains three ports one of each 2.75, 4.5 and 8 inch CF flange and blank cover.

Vacuum Vessel Number 3
The vacuum vessel is 9 inches long and has a 6 inches outside diameter. One end has a tapped flange and is covered with 8 inch blank CF flange. A 8 inch MDC gate valve is attached to the other end. The valve is a MDC Model GW-6000M-P with pneumatic operator. A 8 inch CF to 2.75 inch CF reducing flange is attached to the valve.
The vessel contains four side ports including one 2.33 inch CF with DV-6000 thermocouple gauge tube, one 4.5 inch CF with view port, and two 2.75 inch CF with one blank and one Granville Philips gauge tube.

Vacuum Vessel Number 4
The vacuum vessel is a 12 inch cube with 10 inch CF flanges on all 6 sides. A 4.5 inch long spool section with 10 inch CF on both ends is located on top.
